Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier service or weather conditions.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
We offer complimentary local pickup at Solé Hair Studio. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Pickup must be pre-arranged during studio hours.
Order Confirmations & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items
Solé Hair Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
