When you schedule an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation email or text as soon as your appointment is booked and a reminder 48 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you make a note of your appointment details in another location as well. Please note, that not receiving or seeing the reminder email does not excuse missed appointments, and it will not be considered a valid reason for missing your booking.
Failure to confirm your appointment does not qualify as a cancellation. Any changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or cancellations, must be made directly through the salon via phone or message.
If you need to cancel an appointment scheduled for the beginning of the week and the salon is closed over the weekend, we require that you notify us via message.
